“In my mind, I said, ‘I know he’s not taking pictures of the girls as they’re going by.’ Next thing I know, the lady walked by, and the phone went to the aisle, and he click, click, click, clicked.” (Via WAGT)

The man who first reported the problem says he grabbed Bartsch’s phone when Bartsch noticed someone watching and tried to delete pictures. (Via NBC)

The TSA already appears to have Bartsch well on his way to unemployment.

It released a statement to Nashville station WSMV saying: “TSA does not tolerate criminal behavior. The agency has removed this individual from his current duties and is in the process of suspending or terminating his employment.”

After getting charged with disorderly conduct and posting bond late Thursday, the 28-year-old jogged out of a Nashville jail without talking to reporters. (Via WKRN)
