Busted! A man was caught allegedly viewing child porn - get this - not at his house - but in public - on an airplane.  Here’s KABC.

“The 47-year-old was taken into custody at Logan airport in Boston as soon as the plane touched down. Authorities say the man was sitting in first class when a fellow passenger said he saw the pornographic images and alerted flight crew."

That fellow passenger - apparently did more than just alert the flight crew - taking matters into his own hands.  Florida’s WBBH explains.

“Police say one passenger even took a cell phone picture of the suspect viewing the kiddie porn.

The story has been popular on the web - becoming the most popular story on Boston’s WCVB - and several other sites as well.

And bloggers have picked up the story... A writer for Gather wonders, maybe because he was in first class he thought he could get away with it?

“Grant Smith … apparently was minding his own business by sitting in first class and allegedly getting his perverted jollies. Maybe the idea of paying extra for a first class seat gave Smith the perception he would enjoy privacy on the trip from Salt Lake City to Boston.”

Gawker had a similar take and summed up its take with the headline... “No, You Can’t Look at Your Child Porn in First Class Either.”

Mr. Smith was held Saturday night at Logan Airport barracks on $15,000 bail.
