Kellie Moore

Kellie Moore loves news, wordplay and punctuation, which makes copy editing the perfect job for her. She moved to Columbia from California (the state, not the city) to attend the Missouri School of Journalism, where she earned her master's degree. Before joining the Newsy team, she taught high school and worked as the editor of a nonsectarian religion news website. When she's not in the newsroom, you'll probably find her playing Bananagrams with her husband, penning handwritten letters or reading historical fiction.
