At least 26 groups are asking to protest in Washington, D.C. Officials think nearly 400,000 demonstrators will show up over inauguration weekend.

The whole thing is projected to cost $175 million to $200 million. Private donors are expected to cover at least $90 million; taxpayers will foot the rest of the bill.
