Coroner Releases Las Vegas Shooting Victims' Cause Of Death

The Clark County coroner said Thursday all of the people who died during the Oct. 1 shooting were killed by "a gunshot wound or wounds."

The cause of death for all 58 victims killed in the Las Vegas shooting has been released.

The Clark County coroner said Thursday all of those who died during the Oct. 1 shooting were killed by "a gunshot wound or wounds." Their deaths were ruled homicides.

The coroner also said the gunman died from a "gunshot wound to the head." His death has been ruled a suicide.

Hundreds of people were injured when the gunman opened fire from a Mandalay Bay hotel room onto a crowd of concertgoers. It's considered the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history.
