Meet The World Series BabiesBy Kristin Rohlwing | October 26, 2016
This year's World Series is certainly one for the history books as the Chicago Cubs and Cleveland Indians are itching to break decadeslong championship droughts. And what would the Fall Classic be without wildly, loyal fans — especially some of the youngest ones?
It looks like both teams now have pairs of little sluggers cheering them on.
Cleveland Clinic's Fairview Hospital shared a picture of these "World Series" babies on opening night.
And tiny tots Clark and Addison McFarland, a subtle tribute to the famous intersection near Wrigley Field, were born on June 27, 2016 — "the same night Cubs' Kris Bryant made baseball history with his three home runs and two doubles in one game."
The pictures have been making the rounds on social media, and it's safe to say both teams have some pretty cute good luck charms.
