Calvin Harris And Rihanna To Release Latest Collaboration Tomorrow

April 28, 2016

Calvin Harris and Rihanna have collaborated yet again! If things go as well their last collaboration (does “we found love in a hopeless place” ring a bell?), we have another chart-topping pop-house banger on our hands.

The Scottish DJ had been teasing Twitter about the new single all morning, finally releasing a 30-second teaser and announcing the release date: April 29 — aka: tomorrow.

The sneak peek of the track, titled “This Is What You Came For,” features Rihanna softly singing: “Lightning strikes every time she moves / And everybody’s watching her / But she’s looking at you.” Then the beat energetically speeds up. Faster. And faster.

And If our hunch is correct, the build-up could only lead to one thing…..

AN EPIC BASS DROP.

We’re not the only ones who think so.

April 29 also happens to be the day Drake drops his latest album, “Views From the Six.” To fuel the hype, Drake just announced the tracklist on his Twitter account.

In the past couple of weeks, some subtle hints have been dropped about this latest superstar collaboration. At Coachella, Rihanna made a guest appearance during Harris’ headlining set.

Also, fans with a keen eye will notice that during Coachella, Taylor Swift Instagrammed a picture that features the album art for “This Is What You Came For” on the back of her jacket. What sly foreshadowing. Well, he is her main man, afterall.
