Segregated schools didn't end with Brown v. Board of Education — not even close. "Last Week Tonight" host John Oliver took a deeper look at how segregation continues to be a problem in American schools and how it's affecting kids.

The good news: The intentional redistricting of schools and busing programs made a huge impact on desegregating schools, which led to all kinds of benefits for black students and no measurable downsides for white students.

The bad news: Many of those intentional desegregation measures have stopped, and many schools have reverted back to segregation.
