I agree with the decision to not release the film in India. Taking out key scenes of the movie could possibly inhibit viewers' interpretations of the film. It makes since why the director would not want to do this as those scenes were placed in the film for a reason.  View

I agree with Fincher's move to not remove the scenes because it would alter how the movie is interpreted. However, if the standard practice in India is blurring out bits, why can't that be an option?  View

I tried to watch the movie but didnt care much for it just couldnt watch for more the five minutes since i already read the books.Nothing against the prodecer i skipt throu some scenes and the look absolutly lovely. But no movie can replace the reading experience. As for India they can be afraid of their own shadow if they like that wont save them for long. WALMART IS COMMING!  View

Just means anyone who wants to see it in India will buy it internationally or, more likely, pirate it.  View

The report would not surprise me if it is true especially in a country like India. People routinely bath in the filthiest river in the world and even brush their teeth using its water. India is a hotbed for pandemic to be born, it is only a matter of time. As for the legitimacy of the report and some doubting it (40th) it is highly possible that such an event has occurred. Yes it is curable and yes it attacks compromised immune systems. The problem arises when people who have been infected with previous forms of TB don't adhere to the strict antibiotic cocktail that they must take for 6-9 months. In a country such as India where there is a lack of running water and refrigeration administering, following and monitoring such protocol is difficult at best. This is not the first time a bacterial infection has become resistant to drugs, and it won't be the last. Science has warned us about the threat of superbugs for decades. Tuberculosis is nothing to mess with. Just look to the last century. TB was pandemic, and may become one again.  View

Because we live in a POLICE STATE! We no longer live in the land of the free. We live in the land of the imprisoned. India, China, and Russia all have bigger populations than the U. S. and yet we have more people in prison. Mostly due to the failed war on drugs.  View

Getting China and India to agree on anything is infinitely more difficult than any treatise/accord between Israel and Palestine. WWIII will probably begin with some type of escalation between these two Super Powers. With that many people encroaching upon each other's space, Conflict is assured. Give President Obama credit, his brilliance and wisdom is darn near infinite. He will go down in history as the Man whom not only saved America, but the Man who saved the World. GOD Bless the Ivy League. Go 1746.  View

"Moderste" for them. That should tell you the story. You take your Colecreek plants, take their steel manufacturing plants, take all the coal mine fires they have, they're the largest polluter in the world. Then followed by India. The entire United States could have electric cars and not make a difference in the world with what's going on there.  View

Like MOST bridges in India this one was poorly constructed. Unfortunately these people didn't use enough common sense to realize the bridge couldn't support the weight. Hopefully this will be a lesson learned, though I fear it will not be.  View
